My HOME

Home is not a place; it is a feeling for me. Like looking out my windows to see my friends playing. Home is feeling safe. I feel warm when I’m home. There’s nothing like going home after a cold, rainy day at school and wrapping up in a blanket and getting cozy. I can watch my favourite show and do my homework in peace and quiet. I have a family that cares about me and makes me feel loved. My family consists of my mom, dad, and little sister. Every Friday, we hang out together, watch movies, play board games, and eat pizza. We also go snowboarding on the weekends. I live on a cul-de-sac where lots of other families also live. I even have friends that live on the same street. Playing with my friends brings me happiness. My home will always be there for me.
