Meaning of Home
For me the meaning of home is a lot of things, like having a loving family to go home to. Also, having lots of memories and a whole bunch of feelings there. Those memories, feelings, and loving family is all you need!
Loving family for me is what makes a home, that is why I cherish most moments with them. Someday, I will not have that. I know to have fun in the moment, that fun will never come again. When I read my little brother a book I make sure to be over enthusiastic, so he laughs, giggles, and almost falls on his back! Then, after I have the best time with my brother reading a book, I go to my room where I feel comfy and safe.
The whole bunch of feelings that are gathered in memories, are the pictures on your wall or the artifacts on your table. Memories can be winning in a tennis game or playing with friends. Memories only happen once. If you have the best memory ever in your house, and five years later you look back to when your home was a house, you probably would not notice yourself or your home. Be as emotional as you want in your home, it doesn't matter if it is happy, sad, or angry. Emotion is the memories that make you sad, happy and angry.
In conclusion it does not matter where your home is as long as you feel comfortable, cozy and safe. So that for me is what makes a home.
