My Home

My Home is my happy place. There are a lot of people. My two younger brothers, my younger sister, my Mom, Nana, Grandad, my uncle, and my baby cousin. We can't forget about my older brother but he doesn't live at my home. Home is where I celebrate thanksgiving, eat a lot of turkey and laugh at the table. Where the smell of my Nana’s famous soup is. Home is where I go trick or treating and come back to a birthday cake for my birthday on the same night. My home is where, in the winter, me and my brothers and cousin go outside and play in the snow until we all can't feel our feet anymore. Home is where on Friday night my family get fries and burgers for dinner and watches funny movies together.Home is where me and my cousin dance in the kitchen. Where me and my sister listened to 2000s music from when our mom was a kid. Home is where I help my sister with her gymnastics and where me and my sister stay up all night playing card games. Home is where I get into fights with my brothers but we make up and then play “guess the drink.” Home is where my mom and mi Tio teach us Spanish and show us pictures of them as kids when they lived in Mexico.Home is where me, my cousin, and brothers make houses out of blankets or pillows. My home is full of love and safety.
