Home

Home is a place, Where you laugh, cry, and play. For days, months and years, Home is where you stay. It’s where you experience, Laughter, sadness, and joy. It’s where your sanctuary unfolds, And where your inner army deploys. It’s where memories are made, Big, and small. Like the time you rode your bike, And didn’t fall. It’s where all the different families, Yours and others. Gather together, To reunite with the youngsters. It’s a place of belonging, A place where you’re safe. It’s where your loved ones are at, And where you always have faith. But all that is said, Isn’t right, but isn’t wrong. Home can’t be defined, But home can be felt. Everyone knows, What a home is. Even if you can build a house, You can’t build a ‘home’.
