Meaning of Home

Home is not a building, it’s not four walls and a floor. It doesn’t even have to have a single door. Sometimes it’s a secret place that only you know where you can rush away, feet pounding out the door (if you have one). Maybe it’s a place where every face is familiar and you know where every mark on the wall came from. You can even have more than one home or no home… It could be a place where you have millions of memories, happy and sad. Or it could be a person, someone that as long as you're with them your home. My point is that homes come in all shapes and sizes and if you're fortunate enough to have one, you should feel lucky! I am fortunate too. I live in Kelowna, BC and I have a few homes. One is the complex I live in where I have millions of memories and everyone takes care of eachother. My other home is my house. I have a lot of memories there too and with all of my family. In my house, music is always playing and someone is almost always cooking. My last home is my friend's house. They live right next to me and I go over almost every day. I hope that you have a home and if you don’t, I hope that you find one!
