What Home Means to Me
What Home Means To Me
By Joe Muir
At home I see a nice peaceful environment like a calm forest and I see my brother running around like a wild animal.
I can hear the sound of my mom cooking food on the stove and the radio spitting out the news. And maybe the guinea pigs squeaking if they haven't had their food.
Home is the smell of my favorite food, bean burritos. I can taste my mom’s food as the scent comes through the living room.
There’s nothing better than feeling a nice soft couch and my comfy bed. I always feel the warm embrace of my mom and dad when they tuck me in and give me a hug.
Home makes me feel safe with having a roof over my head and a loving family.
