Meaning of Home

Did you know that some people have homes, and some people don’t? A house to me means just a roof, four walls and a door. A home to me means getting to see your family every day after school. A house for me looks sad and boring. But a home looks colourful and full of life. Home is where you are loved. I love my home and the people inside it, even my siblings. What do you think of when you hear the word home? When I think of home I think of happiness, comfort, warmth and laughter. Home is where I can play board games or watch movies with my family. Home is where I can play with my pets, Reese and Ripley. Home is where I have food and clean water, which is fortunate. What does home mean to you?
