WHEN I THINK OF HOME

When I think of home I think of sitting by the fire on a cold snowy drinking hot cocoa while snuggling with my family. When I think of home I think of sitting with my sister trading candy from Halloween and setting up for Christmas. Painting eggs for Easter. Cutting out hearts for Valentine's Day. When I think of home I think of snuggling with my cat trying to fall asleep. Home should be a place where you feel safe and comfortable. Home should be a place that you know well and like and it should fit you. Home is a place that you love. When I think of home I think of sitting in my bed listening to my story. Home should make you feel better if you're having a bad day. It should be a place for you. In the summer I like to play volleyball with my family in my front yard. And me and my sister like to go play under the sprinkler together. This is the home that I think of, and I hope it's similar to the home that you think of too.
