Home

What does home mean to me? In my home, I feel that I can be and act like myself. Also, my home feels like I'm loved, supported, and appreciated. My home feels like it is filled with love, kindness, supportiveness, care, and laughter. My family has gone through difficult times but together we are stronger and we get through it. Home is important, my family and everyone deserves a roof over our heads, food on the table, and clothes for them to wear. When I come home from school after a difficult day, I walk into my front door and see my two dogs wagging their tails waiting for me at the top of the stairs. Every day when I see my dogs waiting at the top of the stairs, it makes me feel thrilled. Another thing home means to me is forgiveness, everyone makes mistakes and sometimes you have to forgive someone for making those mistakes. I love my family to pieces, sometimes we argue but don’t all siblings do that? When I say home what do you think of? I think of family, friends, and pets. In my family, we have different interests but we also have similar interests such as sports, gaming, animal lovers, and cars. I grew up in a house with my brothers. Home is something that you should enjoy because not everybody has one. You should be able to trust your family with your life. That is what home means to me.
