My Home

My Home My home is full of laughter and joy, love and peace, kisses and hugs, and kindness. I see joy, happiness, and love from my little brother. I smell freshly baked bannock from my parents' kitchen. I taste the warmness of bannock in my mouth. It is my favorite food at any time or any place. I touch the walls that vibrate on the palm of my hand. It feels warm and calm. I hear god and my aunt’s sisters telling me “We love you”. I whisper back, “I love you too”. BY HENESSIE BIRD
