The Meaning of Home

Home can mean a lot of different things. For me, home is where my brother and I ride four wheelers in the backyard, where my dad and I watch hockey games on the weekend and go skating on Sundays. I love home because home means a safe place and makes people think of family. For me home is also where my family and I watch movies on the T.V.. Home is wherever I live and I feel safe. Home is where I spend time with my animals, friends and family. Home is where we gather at the dinner table and share about our day and do family game night on Saturdays . Home is where family is, where the people who care about you most are. Home is where my step sister annoys me and where I learned to rollerblade and skate. Home is also where I learned to ride a bike and even learned to walk. Home is also where I learned to do gymnastics when I was little. Home is not just a place, it's a feeling too. Home is the feeling of warmth, safety, happiness, comfort and so much more all packed into a tiny place we call home.
