This is Home!

To me, home is a place where I feel I belong. Home is where I learn right from wrong. Home is where I know to be strong. This is home. Home is where echoes of laughter and sound, dance freely through the air, all around. Where vibrations of happiness glide from the ground. This is home. Where my mother’s warm embrace holds me tight, and guides me safely through the night. Where I learn to always follow the light. This is home. Where my father’s wise and courageous words, teach me to look far outwards. Where I learn to bravely speak my words. This is home Home is where memories are made and stored. Home is where the worn walls are all adorned. Home is where painful losses are mourned. This is home. Home is where everyday sibling rivalries, are balanced by love and mindful discoveries. Where understanding collides with jealousy. This is home. Home is where we honour our religion and culture, with ceremonies, decorations, and endless colours. Where we uncover our roots and our inside structure. This is home.
