What Does Home Mean To Me

In a dictionary,home means "A place where someone permanently lives". But to me home means to be with my friends and family.This is because whenever I am with friends or family I feel safe,loved and cared for.Also when I am on vacation I will be with my family and I will call my friends this makes me feel like I am at home.Being home doesn't mean to be in a building it means being with loved ones.Home would not be a home if you are not with anyone who cares about you and loves you.No matter where you are a home is a home.Even if you are moving to a new house with 3 floors or an apartment room a home is where there is people who love and care for you.If I am in a house all by myself I will not feel at home because my family is not with me,nor are my friends.Home is where there are people I can rely on.Without those people I will not feel at home.
