My Meaning of Home

Personally, the meaning of home is that it's a place where me and my family make many memories. My home has a lot of family pictures and presents given to me by my family. These things remind me of the happiness we share. When I walk into my home I feel comfortable and safe because it has cozy furniture, locks, alarms and my parents to protect me. I'm lucky to have a home because if I was super far away from home, like in another country, without my family, I would be really homesick. Worse, If I was in an orphanage or homeless, I would feel very depressed and wonder if I'd ever have a family and home of my own. For these reasons the meaning of home is that space where me and my family can experience joy, fun, laughter and getogethers with everyone I love. I’m glad that I have a home and a family.
