The Meaning of Home

Home is magic to me, as it was where I learned to walk, talk and eat. Home is cozy, warm and comfortable. My family and I make popcorn to get ready for movie marathons. The smell of buttery popcorn fills the air with joy. All the butter seeps between our fingers as we eat it. I feel at home with my family, my family is what makes my home because I love them and they love me. My home is filled with fun and laughter. We love to play games at my house from board games to hide and seek, even my dog plays with us. My family and I always make each other laugh from silly dances to funny jokes. My family is some of the funniest people. My mom and I love to bake and cook together. We have a book of my grandma's recipes that we love to make our favorite food from. We have a blast making the food and all the work pays off once we get to eat it. We love to bake at my home. The place I live in is not just a house it's my home where all of my memories are from and where my family live and have fun together. That's what my meaning of home is.
