Senses Poem

If my home had a taste, It would be the taste of lot’s of more cookies going down my throat and into my stomach while munching away on more yummy cookies after eating a dozen shared with my sister on a snowy day. If my home was a sound, It would be the sound of me, my mom and dad, and my three siblings talking, laughing, smiling, and playing on a fun beautiful hot summer day. If my home was a sight, It would be a beautiful sunset with the flowing waves crashing with the seagulls squawking at the beach on a warm spring day. If my home were a touch, It would be the feel of a fuzzy, cozy blanket wrapped around my body while drinking warm hot chocolate running through my body after a fun, awesome snowball fight with all of my best friends in the neighborhood, my brothers, and my sister. If my home was a smell, it would be the smell of my awesome nana’s famous and delicious beef and barley soup while coming into the house after a very frustrating, confusing, and stressful day of school.
