What Home Means to Me

Have you ever felt at home even when you’re not in your house? Sometimes this happens to me. Home doesn’t have to be a physical place it can be anything. When I think of home I think of family, Canada (a bit) and traveling. My first reason is home reminds me of family. To me as long as I’m with my family I feel at home. My family makes me feel loved because we watch movies together and laugh together. My family also makes me feel safe, peaceful and relaxed. My second reason is home reminds me of Canada (a bit). When I moved here in 2014 I was just one years old. I have been in Canada for 8 years and people are friendly. My last reason is home reminds me of travel. I feel this way because my family is from multiple places and we usually go visit them. I feel excited when we’re going to London, Pakistan or Toronto. When I travel, I travel with my family and I feel happy when I travel with my family. These are my reasons why family, Canada and travel reminds me of home.
