What Home Means to Me

What does home mean to me? Home means a caring family, clean water to drink, holidays, nice clothes, new toy’s, proper birthdays. Home makes me feel laughter peace and family. Home means laughter. Laughter is cozy movies together, my dad telling me sometimes funny dad jokes and holidays together. Peace is my life outdoors. The birds singing, the fresh air, wind in my face. That is my peace, the outdoors and in my backyard. My home makes me feel at peace either cozy in my bed or the warm feeling when we light the candles for Diwali. I feel at home when I feel at peace. Home means family, family means feeling loved. It means belonging. It will be where my soul belongs and where my heart will too. My family and traditions are all a big part of me. It’s where I’ll always feel at home. Home mean so much, everybody deserves a home. Nobody deserves to have nothing, everybody deserves something.
