Home is my happy place

My home is a place that provides me with warmth and comfort. When I come home from school and open the door sometimes I smell delicious food, I am always greeted by the dogs, and I feel safe. It is where I share moments with my family. We laugh, play music and make special memories. Sometimes we are sad, and have family meetings to help support eachother through our upset, sometimes we argue and don't get along, but we always seem to tall about it and come together when it really matters most. A home to me is a place where you should feel safe, where we host dinners for friends and family, dance and sing, but mostly it's where I can be myself. My home is my sanctuary, my peace and I feel fortunate to have my home.
