The Meaning of Home

My home makes me feel safe. I see my family and familiar objects. I smell food being prepared in my kitchen after 6 pm. I taste comfort food like meatballs and pasta. I hear my family and I talking about our days around the table. I also hear music playing around my house. I feel a soft blanket beside me on my couch. I also feel the comfort of my fuzzy slippers. Home is where my family is and where I feel safe and loved.
