The Meaning of Home to Me

A home is a place, a place where you feel safe inside of. Home is somewhere where you feel your best, feel your worst, and feel anger. It's where you spend time with your loved ones, laugh with your loved ones, and love your loved ones. Home is like cuddling up with your cozy fuzzy blanket, hugging your loved ones, and watching your favorite TV show. You will never feel uncomfortable in your home, I have always felt safe in my home because it's always a place you can count on! The best feeling in the world is being in your home, your maybe with your family, friends, or visitors. I love my home because it’s a safe place to live with our families and pets and enjoy with friends. Home is not a random building you live in, it is a safe place for you and your family, home is filled with memories and happiness. A place to build up memories and just indeed be ourselves. Home is also a place to celebrate your birthday, and your loved one's birthdays, celebrate holidays, celebrate your culture, and spend time together. Home is filled with happiness, joy, and peace. I care about my home a lot, I'm very grateful that I have a roof over my head, food to eat, water to drink, and overall happiness! When you are inside your home, you may feel, Privacy, Ownership, Comfort, security, and belonging. Home doesn't always have to be a house, Home can be somewhere you feel comfortable, safe, and provided in. But not everyone has a home, people may not have homes because of, losing their job, their homes may have caught on fire or have been destroyed, and some people can't afford a home or a shelter. Remember, be grateful for what you have because other people wish to have what you have and people might not have anything at all. The people that can't afford a home sleep on floors, benches, and almost anywhere but a home. I hope everyone can feel safe just like I feel safe in a home. Some people in need don't have a place they can feel safe in like home. I wish that Habitat For Humanity could fix that, I want everyone in the world to always feel safe inside their home because if people did not always feel safe and happy inside their home the world would be sad, boring, and unfair, thats why i want people to have a home, a roof on top of their head, food, water, and also where theyre loved and not abused or treated badly.
