How Home is a Home

A way home can be home is to think of it as the five sense taste, smell, sight, touch and sound. The first one I want to do is taste so these are ways home is like taste. One way for me that home is like taste is the amazing taste of frosted and surgery cookies. The second way that tastes like home is the delicious taste of spicy chips. The third way my home is like taste is my Mum’s tasty cooking. The fourth way to me that home is like taste is the taste of amazing and tasty spaghetti. Now the fifth and final way my home is like taste is the taste of mild BBQ sauce on tender ribs. And these are the reason that my home is the sense of taste. Another sense that home can be described as is the sense of smell for five reasons. The first reason is the smell of scrumptious.I think another reason that home is like the smell of the piercing smell of cat food. The third reason that smell can be like home is the smell of steaming waffles in the morning. The fourth reason that home is like a smell is the smell of orange when I come home from school. The fifth and final reason that home can be a smell of home is the smell of an empty lunch box after a long day. These are reasons that a smell can describe a home. Also one more sense that home can be described as is the sense of touch. The reason I think the sense of touch can describe a home is for five reasons. The first reason is the touch of my nice soft bed. The second reason is the touch of my Mum’s warm hugs. The third reason is the touch of me pulling on my warm jacket. The fourth reason is the touch of my warm and cozy blanket. The fifth and final reason is the touch of my freshly dried clothes. These are ways that home is like the sense of touch. Another sense that can describe home is the sense of sound for five reasons. The first reason is the sound of compelling family chatter. The second reason is the sound of comforting cats purring at night. The third reason is the familiar sound of the toaster popping out my waffles. The fourth reason is the sound of me and my Mum talking about my day. The fifth and final reason is the sound of family jokingly arguing at game night. That’s how home can be described as the sense of sound. The final sense that home can be described as is the sense of sight for these final five reasons. The first reason is the sight of my familiar blue couch. The second reason is the sight of my comforting room. The third reason is the sight of my family in the living room. The fourth reason is the sight of my bright red door. The fifth and final reason is the sight of my fluffy cat purring in between my legs. These are the reasons why home can be described as home. These are the ways that home is like the five senses. Each sense has the meaning of home in it. The senses that describe my home are taste, smell, sound, touch and sight. The five senses are why I love my home the way I do. And that’s why home can be described as the five senses.
