What home means to me!

What does home mean to you? Home to me means to me a happy and healthy place where people love and care for you. Home to me looks like a place where there are people sitting in the living room talking and laughing at a silly thing my dog did. Home to me sounds like my family talking and my dog barking and videogame noises in the background. Home to me smells like freshly baked banana zucchini bread that just came out of the oven. Home to me feels like a comfy couch with my fluffy dog sitting right next to me. Home to me tastes like warm cheesy grilled cheese right out of the toaster. Home isn’t always a warm place with people who love and care for you. It can be people living in a tent or on the streets with not a lot of food. All the people who get homes from Habitat for Humanity are so lucky. I hope the people who get homes don’t have to ever go through whatever they went through ever again. This is what home means to me.
