Home

The word “home” can have different meanings. It can mean the house where someone lives. It can also mean a place of origin, like a country or town where you grew up. To me, a home is somewhere familiar, that contains the stuff that is special to you, and has the people and pets that you care about. When I am at home, I feel relaxed and I can be myself. If I want to wear pyjamas all day, I can. I can play video games, read a book and watch my favourite shows. My home has things we have collected on trips and adventures, and pictures of loved ones. In my room, I have my toys, my trophies, my stuffed animals, things passed down from grandparents, and books. I live in my home with my family and my dog Flash. My home is warm, safe, loving, and cozy.
