Home

Home is not four walls and a roof - it has to mean something. It’s somewhere there are people you can trust. Anyone can wish for a mansion, but for so long as you are not happy, it is not a home. A person can have a house and not have a home. Everyone deserves a home, a house, a safe place. For me, home is being in a cozy bed, flipping through the pages of a good book. Home is the only place where you are safe from what’s outside your door. I hope for a strong community, people, and kids. Your community may be supported by the government, but it should be supported by your neighbours too. Peace is what keeps the world connected, not hatred. I hope for everyone to have a house and a home, and wish luck to the people who are struggling to access a home. I hope that they will find a cozy place too.
