The Meaning of Home

My home is special. My home is where I make memories. Home is like a taco. My home is life and love. My home is special because it’s a place where I can relax. It’s a place where I can play video games and board games. We have so much fun. For me home is not just home, it’s peace and I feel safe and calm. I like to sit and calm down on a typewriter. Your home might not be perfect but make the best of it. My home is where I make memories. My home is where I have parties and Thanksgiving or Christmas or a birthday party. When you take a picture of something or someone, you can remember that one time that you went to a museum or a vacation by looking at the photo. Home is like a taco. My dad is salsa and my mom is guacamole. My brother is ground beef. My dog is the pieces of pepper and my sister is the slices of tomatoes and I am the lettuce and last but not least the taco shell is my home. My home is life and love. My home is life because home is where I have a roof over my head and I have family, food, water, and a room. This is why I want to help Habitat for Humanity. It means alot to me because we can help save people’s lives. Love for me is not only love, it’s family, lots of love and having fun no matter what— whether it's raining or not. Home is special. It's where I make memories. My home has lots of love in it. It is where we live and where we are loved.
