Grandpa's Garden

I look at his garden and see no life but flowers, it's like seeing him right in front of me. I look down to the earth and see his face in the dirt. I listen to the branches hitting eachother. The leaves sway upon the branches and it reminds me of the shoreline. The perfectly placed earthly soil is like Picasso's work of art. The perfectly cut moss near the flowers is like nature's gardener. The flavour of the fresh air is what refreshes me the most, it feels like cold water on a hot day. The long thick grass beneath my feet makes me happy and feels like the coat of a puppy I touch the petals on the lilies as they go through my fingers like soft hair. When I leave my grandpa's garden his love moves through me. My grandpa kept a garden. A garden of the heart. He planted all the good things and that gave our lives their start.
