What is a Home?

Home is love, not just a place. Home could be a person like a loved one's arms when you need a hug. Home could be a smell like warm freshly baked cookies that your Mom or Grandma makes. Home is a quiet place to sit and read a good book. At home you can act silly and have fun. Home is where you help your family by cleaning up toys or looking after your pets. A home is a place of comfort when you are having a bad day and need cheering up. Home is a very special place to me where I grow and learn to be a kind person. Home is where you can feel sad, mad, or happy but always feel safe. My home is where I am loved by my family. A house is a building and by building happy memories it makes it a home.
