What Is A Home

WHAT IS A HOME? Home is a place I will never forget. It provides me safety, happiness, and love. Home is a place where I built a secret base with my sister. With a blanket, two pillows and a yoga mat, with the love and joy of my childhood. Home is a place where my mom reads books to me. When the white moon rises slowly. In the night I snuggle up to my mother, listen to her reading my favourite story about the Princess with overwhelming feelings of love and happiness. Home is a place where I can pack some insignificant story fragments into the home. There are so many stories packed within the walls I call home. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity for giving people a safe, warm and affordable home, just like mine!
