Home As The 4 Seasons Summer: If home were summer it would be the hottest and brightest day of the year. It would be all of my friends sitting in the front row of a baseball game with a hot dog in one hand and trying to catch an out of bounds ball with the other. Winter: If home were winter it would be sitting by the fireplace drinking hot chocolate on one of the stariest, coldest nights. It would be sleeping with my stuffed bear hugging it tight making sure it didn’t fall on the cold, hard wooden floor. Spring: If home were spring it would be picking flowers on a warm sunny day in the garden. It would be making yummy butter pecan cookies and eating them straight from the oven. Autumn: If home were autumn it would be jumping into a big pile of leaves after my brother just raked them all up! It would be wearing my favorite sweater to go outside or to my friend’s house. I’m happy that Habitat for Humanity is helping people that don’t have a safe and affordable place to call home. The small, the tall, the young, the old, let’s do this! Let’s help Habitat for Humanity build many more homes! Everyone deserves a safe affordable home!
