The Meaning of Home

The Meaning of Home Home. You may think of a structure. Brick, wood, rooms. That kind of thing. You may think more of a house when someone says “home.” But home is more than that. Home isn’t a physical structure, but more of a feeling. A feeling of warmth. Comfort. Love. Home is where you make memories. Some good, some bad. Some search for years trying to find a house. But some take even longer to find a home. I am lucky to have a home. If I never had a home, I don’t even know where I would be in life. When I think of home, I think of my dad on a work call, my mom making dinner and my rabbit chewing something that he isn’t allowed to chew. And from firsthand experience, the saying “home is where the heart is,” is very true.
