The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home Home to me is a big fluffy teddy bear that keeps all of your memories of friends & family, and everything that makes the perfect world in it’s arms. Home ain’t just a place that keeps you safe and protected, it’s a place you can be yourself and no one will ever judge you, it’s a place where you can do what ever you want and no one would ever care. (as long as your parents and siblings dont get mad at you) A house i think of like a place were no happines exists, it’s just all gloomy and boring unlike a home were its full of happines everywhere. A house is just cold, there is no family or friends. It just sits alone on a plot of land slowly rotting away into the background. Meanwhile it’s naighbor the “fluffy teady bear” is thriving with its new family forever protected in a shield of love and happines. Like Nate Berkus said “Your home should tell the story of who you are, and be a collection of what you love.” It’s your family, it’s your friends, it’s your memories, it’s HOME. By: Bonnie Du
