New Home New Beginning

Do you know the word home? It is not just a place or a place to eat and rest your head at night, it's a feeling. It's like a part of you. So tell me, what does home feel like to you? For me it feels like the senses of a human body. When I am at home it smells like fresh paint on the wall and a hint of my favorite dish made by my mom. It feels like a base, a base that feels warm, cozy and safe. It doesn’t matter if your house isn’t perfect, as long as it’s a happy home. A home where your love resides, where memories are made, friends are welcome, and laughter that never ends. After a long and very tiring day, only a place called home can give you some rest. That's why Habitat for Humanity provides homes to homeless people.
