What home means to me

Home isn’t just your house or where you live, it is where you feel comfortable to be yourself and where you feel supported. When I think of home I think of all of the beautiful things that make me feel happy and safe. Some of the things that make a home your home is clean water, good food and a loving family. I am very lucky to have clean water and good food to eat every day. Every home should have lots of love and care from the people around and inside the home, everyone should feel welcome in your home. When I am at home I get to see my family. My family always talk to each other and have fun. When I am in my home I am usually always laughing, When I watch a movie with my family I always feel good because I don’t have to worry about anyone being rude or making fun of me. I can be myself. I am very comfortable in my home and I know that whenever someone visits my family they would say the same thing. My favorite sport is Hockey and I play for a team, when I am in the dressing room I feel comfortable and safe. My teammates are always so kind and supportive of me. I know that I can talk to them without them judging me. I always try to do my best on and off the ice so that when my teammates see me working hard they will want to work hard too.
