What Home Means to Me

Home means relaxing with family with electricity and heat. Home means cooking good food with the people you love and sleeping in a cozy bed. Home is making memories with my family and enjoying the beautiful artwork I made. Home is full of love and prosperity. Home is sitting on the sofa watching a tv show or movie with family. Home is a family member talking about their day. Home is sitting at the laptop working or helping your kids with homework. Home is full of the sounds of kids playing with their new toys or playing on an electronic device. Home is listening to music or having a dance party. Pets are a part of home. I have a dog and I give her food and water. Home is going for walks around the neighborhood and meeting new neighbors. Home is drinking clean water at dinner time. Home is making delicious desserts for special occasions or cooking dinners that are a tradition. Home feels safe for me and I'm very lucky to have a cozy bed to sleep in and food to eat. This is what I love about home, it is full of the people that mean the most to me.
