The Meaning of Home

Home is part of the roots that hold you to the ground. If you do not have a home, you get pulled off the ground. In your home, you have many things that keep you calm. Your family, the good food, many toys or gadgets. No, that’s not part of your home. Your home is when you are surrounded by people who love and care about you. The smell of my mom cooking wafts through the air and the sound of my brother playing surrounds the area in my home. My dad is studying on his computer and I am playing video games on mine. Finally, dinner is ready, and everyone sits at the table to have a nice meal while chatting. I’m glad to have a home!
