Meaning of Home

Home, what is home? Home is a place that I can go, a place that YOU can go. Home is a place that I feel safe, a place I feel loved. Home doesn't have to just be my house, home can be a place I can go to and not feel scared. Home is a place I feel loved, a place where I feel happy. You should feel protected when you are home, if you are down, your family and friends help you get back up. When you think of a home do you think of your house? Your bed, your kitchen? To some people yes, but to me a home is when and where I feel loved, like my friends house. When I'm at my friends house I feel at home, sometimes i'll even say my friends mom is my second mom, that's how at home I feel with her. Most people have a place to call home, like a friend's house, family's house and more. Most people have something that reminds them of home. For me it would be my dog, reading, music, writing, and going for walks. Some people have different interests that make them feel at home, like dancing or driving. I love home. Sometimes I will think of school as home, where I'm with my friends, teacher, classmates and everyone else. They make me happy.
