Home Is My Happily Ever After

Home is not just four walls, with a roof and some windows. It's a feeling. The feeling of being safe, secure and loved. Home can mean many things for different people. Home feels like when you’re hugged by someone you love and someone who loves you. It’s a place where you can experience all the feelings. At home there will always be someone you can count on when you’re upset and want to talk to someone about it. The feeling of home means you can be yourself, hang with your friends and learn something new. When you’re excited about something someone at your home will be excited for you The feeling of home means you can be yourself and be a little weird and you don’t worry about people thinking you’re crazy. At home there will always be a person to help you if you ever need anything. For me home means playing with my friends at school, snuggling up with a good book, helping people in my community and eating my mom’s yummy cookies. What does home mean to you? Habitat for humanity gives people a chance to have community, make new friends and a place to make people feel secure and welcome. Habitat for humanity is an awesome organization that helps people around Canada. Everyday habitat for humanity makes a difference in someone's life. Thank you!
