What Home Means to Me

My house is like a volcano that’s going to erupt at any minute then at some point it cools down. My house smells like freshly baked cookies I love that smell a lot. I will always appreciate my home. It’s a shelter, a nice bed to sleep on at night, it’s a warm comfy place to be and it keeps us all safe from any danger there is. Family Home is where my family lives. They are the people that live with me I love them so much. It’s like one big family that cares for each other. What does home give you? My home personally gives me food, shelter, water warmth, when it’s cold and cools me down. When it hosts its somewhere that you stay to be safe also my family will be there to support and care for you. What most people would give to have a home? They would do anything. That’s why you must appreciate your home because many people don’t have a home. Yelling and an urge to scream Yelling in my family sounds like me yelling to my sister, "give me that back." Sometimes yelling is my mom and dad fighting about something. I’m not allowed to know about, so I bud out from helping them solve the fight. But when I do, I will then get in trouble to. Love Caring and love in my family is everywhere, inside and outside. We have a big house so big amount of love too. Love is something that will always have in my family. Cooking. My family will always be fed well by my Papa. He’s a head chef at the Penticton Lakeside Resort in Penticton. He is the boss of the hotel kitchen and he takes care of the menus and how everything is cooked there. My mom is a baker and a candy maker. She sells her treats to a store, but we always get fresh cookies and other treats. That is what home means to me.
