Meaning of Home

Home is a safe place. Home can mean family members, a room to sleep in, or somewhere you can talk to someone. I will get off the bus and my little brother comes down the driveway to give me a hug, or the dogs barking. It shows me the sight of home to forget a miserable day at school, or it might be a stormy day and you just jump right into bed and pull the covers right up, the warm feeling. The way someone cares for you, or the way you just slump onto your couch, I love that feeling. I also love the feeling when you have game night and play monopoly with the big screen tv playing the Stanely cup hockey tournament. You forget everything bad and make new positive memories. Home will always be a safe place to me.
