What Home Means to Me

Home means spending time with my family. Like when my dad brings me to hockey practice, when my mom comes and watches me play. That's why I love my family. Other families deserve a home like mine. One of so many reasons I love Habitat for Humanity is because they give other people what I have, a home and a place to live, not a place to be judged. I love cooking for my family, the best part of cooking is when someone says it tastes good. Sometimes after school when my dad is done with work he will come outside and hit baseballs with me and give me tips. I love my dad so much. Also when my dad gets home late I have supper ready. My mom teaches me how to cook, she teaches me new recipes for steak, hamburgers, chicken, pork chops and way more. My sister teaches me so much math like when I can’t figure something out she will teach me a lot. My cousin Jaxson always goes skidooing with me on my property. I love my home
