Home

Home By: Sylvie Telfer Home can mean different things to everyone. A bit about me is that I have no pets though I would like one, and one brother. This is my perspective on what home means to me. Well, the first thing I would like to say about home is that it is a welcoming place to go after a long day, you could have had an exhausting day at work or school, and you needed someplace to be calm and quiet. The next thing that home means to me is family, loved ones, pets or siblings even though they can sometimes be annoying they are still a big part of what home is, I do not have any pets because my mom is allergic to most of them, but I do have many friends who have pets and they are a big part of home for example coming home and seeing your pet waiting at the door for you. Another thing home means is that it is a safe and welcoming place that holds so many memories, maybe you had a movie marathon with your friends there or you played ALL the games in your house in one night. The memories that are there and will be created are amazing. Maybe you had some sad memories like a pet died. But most memories are good. Another amazing thing about home is that it can be whatever you would like it to be. Home can be a chill, organized space or it can be energetic and full of laughter, there isn't anything wrong with different homes To sum up everything we’ve talked about so far, Home is a loving, welcoming place where your loved ones and good memories are. Home is a safe place where you can be calm or excited. And that is what home means to me.
