The Meaning of Home

Home is a place where you are safe from dangerous individuals and the harsh elements of nature. Home is a place where you can spend time with family and friends, and really appreciate the people and things you have. Home is a place where you can reminisce about past times and relax after a tough day. Home is where you can connect with loved ones and help other people. Home is a cozy setting where you can be loved by other people, and have your fears and insecurities melt away like candy on a hot sidewalk. Although, many people do not have a home, and are needing of one. So that’s why I want Habitat for Humanity to raise enough money to help these people in need. These individuals lack a place they can truly call home, where they are safe from the dangers of this world, and can feel secure, cozy, and restful. So, Habitat, I sincerely wish you good luck on your mission to raise money for the construction of new homes this year for all the people in this world in need.
