The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home is a place where there are loved ones, family members and loyal friends. Every morning, the first person I see is my father. He woke me up with a bright smile on his face and started my day on a happy note. I got of my bed, the smell of grilled cheese sandwich got to my mind, my mother made my breakfast with some bread, cheese, and a pound of love, that made my breakfast even better. It was my first day of school and I see all my friends and my beautiful teacher. My friends hang out with me every day, I could share all my feelings with them, they were like my sisters that I could share my feelings and thoughts with. My teacher was like my second mother, every difficulty I have in studies, she would explain in every detail. After school, my dad would drive me and my sister home, sometimes we would go outside to eat ice-cream or go back home to eat dinner. I would spend my night watching television with my family or play with my sister. If I had homework or some projects to do from home, my parents would always help me out with their soft voice that helped me a lot. Every night, mom would tuck me into bed and read me a story, it made me have good dreams that I could tell my family about in the morning. If I had trouble sleeping, I would go outside the living room and tell my parents, they would comfort me until I went to sleep. I love my family, they would take care of me and love me with all their heart, this is what the meaning of home is to me.
