Home: A Double Sonnet

Home: A Double Sonnet By ALLAN MILNER Home is not a place Not at all. Home is not a thing That can fall. Home can be a hand Resting on your shoulder. Keeping you warm When the nights grow colder. Home can be a bed, Soft and warm. It may be lumpy, But soon it will conform. Home is many things. Happiness, it all brings. Hands, beds, Even happiness, It can all tumble Into the abyss. For many a person, This nightmare Is a real thing. It is not fair! There is a group Called Habitat for Humanity This is a group Without vanity. Habitat will aide Families to find shade.
