Home

Home to me is a place I can feel safe and welcomed. There are many different types of feelings in your home like sadness, happiness and love. At home I can be myself and not have to worry about my next meal. Even if I’m fighting with my siblings or doing chores, I still love my home. I know I’m home when I hear my dog barking or smell my hockey equipment. Home is where memories are made to be passed down throughout generations. A home is where you go to bed and wake up knowing you’re loved. I know I’m home when I wake up on a hot sunny day and smell hog barns that are miles away.
