Home, The Best Place On Earth

There is a difference between a home and a house. A house is a structure that you need to survive. It gives you shelter and warmth. But a home is different. Sure, it does the same thing, but it does more than that. Home is a feeling of joy, excitement, and peace. But everyone needs not only a house, but a home. You can see, smell, taste, hear, and feel everything in a home. I love my home. At home, I can see my family working hard. But at dinner time, I see my family smiling, talking, laughing, and that makes me feel happy. At home, I can smell the food my dad and mom cooks for every meal of the day. I feel grateful for my parents to work hard for us. At home, I can taste the food and water my family prepares. I feel lucky to have such a great home with a great family living in it. At home, In the summer, I can hear the cool breeze of the AC blowing into the vents. In the winter, I can hear the soft blow of the heater. In the daytime, I can hear my family talking. I feel calm in my home. At home, I can feel my fingers tap on the keys of my computer in the day. In the night, I can feel the warmth of my blanket wrapped around me. I feel safe in my home. Home can be anywhere. It doesn’t only have to be an ordinary house. It could be your neighborhood, city, or even the country you live in! I believe that everyone should be happy and safe. I believe that everyone needs a home.
