What Home Means to Me

To me home is a place that brings me closer to my family, the place to make a new outstanding memory. In my house I smell my mom making delicious, freshly baked cookies for my family every week. My dogs are always barking, so no one can ever hear me speak! I ALWAYS see my dogs playing in the living room. Sometimes in the spring flowers in my backyard bloom. There are always fluffy blankets on my bed. Some days me, my brother and my dad make fresh homemade bread. Most of the time I hear my brother yelling at his video games, then I know his character went up in flames! I feel the carpeted basement floor on my feet. There’s never a time you won’t see me eat! Every weekend my dad makes tasty light and fluffy pancakes that I garnish with Nutella spread! Then after that my parents know that I’m fed. Whenever I go to my sister’s hockey, I hear sticks hitting pucks against the boards, and sometimes it looks like it is me their coming towards! That’s what home means to me, but home is different to everyone. What does home mean to you?
