Home is Love

My home is my special place, It’s where I want to be. Home is where I feel safe and I sleep peacefully, Hearing mom and dad saying Good night surrounds me with love. Curling up with my cat on a cold night makes me feel comfortable, Snuggling up with my stuffies in my bean bag chair while reading a good book in my room is so relaxing. Home is where I am free to be me like silly, excited, loud, sad, playful, and calm. Home is where I can make memories, Playing card games with my family and making each other laugh while I’m having fun makes me feel thrilled, Sitting on the couch watching a basketball game with my family while we snuggle up in a big cozy blanket is delightful, Coming in from outside to the delicious smells like mom's freshly cooking ham and her cheesy potatoes in the oven, Being at home is love!
