The Meaning of Home

A home is safe. A home is not a place, it is the people, the family, the friends, the community. It smells fresh, it feels safe, it looks beautiful. A home is like a tree. Even just my mother or my father is a home to me. My home is like a tree. The roots are my family members who died. The trunk is how my family grows. The bark on the trunk is the shield that protects my family. The branches are the small families that are in my big family. Every leaf is a person. I love each and every one. My home is like a fire that never dies. My home is strong. I think everyone should be grateful for having a home. I am grateful for my home. I am grateful for having so many luxuries. Like a Nintendo Switch, T.V, legos, toys, 2 cars, a laptop, iPad, camera. A pool, 4 toilets, books and an art closet. To me luxuries are not a home but I do have a lot of them. I am grateful for having the things I need. Like a rooftop over my head, a bed, food, water, money and clothes. My home feels safe like a fortress and smells like a flower. It looks like a rainbow and tastes like cake. It sounds happy like a jazz band. My home is the perfect place for me. A home is like a tree, I am grateful for it, it feels safe like a fortress and it is the best thing of my life.
